Beyond Green at Bumbershoot

As it always tends to do, my life just keeps getting better and better! The latest reason for my overall enthusiasm about life is that I am really excited about my next adventure of the summer. On Thursday I am heading out to Seattle with a crew of 6 admissions counselors and fellow students from MUM to the Bumbershoot music and arts festival. The festival has a strong "green" emphasis, so we will be setting up a booth to get the word out about our school's awesome sustainable living program. It is the first degree program of its kind in America and takes the idea of "green" to a whole new level...thus our slogan: "Beyond Green." The idea is that in addition to all the practical information about sustainable technologies, our program develops Self-Sustainability in every student through consciousness-based education.
